Shipping Policy

At Elegance By Marislay, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policies below for important information regarding processing times, shipping methods, and responsibilities.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed prior to payment submission. The checkout page provides various shipping options with corresponding prices.
Please note: We are not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied to your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time
We understand the excitement of receiving a new package, and we work to process orders promptly.
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days.
During peak periods (e.g., sales events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday), processing times may be extended.

Important: We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or unclaimed due to:
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Carrier delays.
Refused packages or undeliverable addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the carrier.

Once processed and shipped, your order will arrive within the following timeframes:

U.S. Orders: Shipping Options

USPS
USPS Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
USPS Express Mail: 2 business days (address verification required).

UPS
UPS Ground: Estimated 1-5 business days.
UPS 3-Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within 3 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed by 12:30 PM EST for same-day processing).

FedEx
FedEx Ground Home Delivery: Estimated 1-5 business days (available Tuesday-Saturday).
FedEx Express Saver: Delivery within 3 business days.
FedEx 2Day: Delivery within 2 business days.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed by 12:30 PM EST for same-day processing).

International Orders: Shipping Options
USPS Priority International Mail: Estimated 7-14 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed or refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for:
1. The cost of return shipping.
2. The cost of reshipping the order.

Elegance By Marislay is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided errors in the shipping address. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Elegance By Marislay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided in the order.

If your package is lost or stolen:
We will provide confirmation of delivery, tracking details, and carrier information.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

Damaged Products or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in inspecting all orders prior to shipment.
Damaged in Transit: If your package was damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Orders: If you believe you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing elegancebymarislay@gmail.com.

Please note: No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

Items Not in Stock
While we strive to keep all products in stock, high demand may occasionally result in backorders.
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you promptly.
If part of your order can be shipped immediately, the remaining items will ship separately as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping cost.

Preorder Items
Some of our most popular items may be available for preorder.
Preorder shipping dates are estimates provided by our suppliers and are subject to change.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order will ship once all items are available.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Additional Shipping Information
1. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns or high-value orders.
2. Elegance By Marislay is not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues or natural events beyond our control.
3. For items valued over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance.
