How long does shipping take?
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs:
USPS Priority: Estimated 2-3 business days.
USPS Express: Guaranteed 1-2 business days for orders placed before 12:30 PM EST.
USPS International: Estimated 10-15 business days.
UPS Ground: Estimated 1-5 business days.
UPS Next Day Air: Guaranteed 1 business day for orders placed before 12:30 PM EST (Monday-Friday).
DHL Worldwide Express: Estimated 1-3 business days.
Note: We cannot guarantee delivery times for packages delayed due to severe weather.

When will a specific item be restocked?
We often receive inquiries about restocking, but restock information is typically unavailable until items arrive—if they are restocked at all. We prioritize bringing in new merchandise regularly, so some items may not return.
To be notified if a sold-out item is restocked, simply visit the product page and insert your email.

What is your return policy?
We offer store credit for items returned within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds are NOT available.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as we do not provide return labels.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
While rare, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us via email within 24 hours at elegancebymarislay@gmail.com.
Our customer service team will assist you promptly.
Important: Do NOT send the item back without notifying us first, as it will not be accepted.

How can I return an item for store credit or an exchange?

Returns must be sent via UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, or any major shipping company.
In-person returns are not accepted at our facility.

Our models typically wear size small unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Why am I being charged sales tax on online orders?
As of 2021, many states have implemented laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax. We are required to comply with these regulations and collect the appropriate tax based on your state, even if we do not have a physical location there.

Can I pick up my items in-store?
Our store is exclusively online, and we do not have a physical location for in-store pickups.
