At Elegance By Marislay, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the return meets our exchange requirements.

Please note the following:

• Refunds are NOT available. We issue store credit only once the item has been inspected and approved for return.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.

• A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returns, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for complementary orders (items provided free of charge).

All returned items must meet the following requirements:

1. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags (including hangtags) attached.

2. Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

3. Items must be free of any stains, scents, or markings (e.g., makeup, tanning products, perfume).

IMPORTANT: Any returned items that fail to meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

• Sale or promotional items (Final Sale).

• Gift cards.

• Evening gowns or formalwear.

• Complementary orders.

FINAL SALE: Under U.S. consumer law, we are not required to provide refunds or exchanges for final sale items if you change your mind, including issues with color, size, or fit.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria outlined above.

• If approved, a store credit will be issued within 7 business days in the form of a gift card.

• If the item is not approved, you will be notified via email, and the item will be returned at your expense.

We take great care in inspecting all items before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing elegancebymarislay@gmail.com.

• Do not return damaged items without prior authorization, as they will not be accepted.

• For items damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping company directly to file a claim using your tracking number.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.

• Elegance By Marislay is not responsible for lost or undelivered returned items.

Once your return request has been approved, please send your package to:

Include your original packing slip with your return. If unavailable, include a note with your full name, order number, and your preference (store credit or size exchange). If no preference is indicated, or if the requested size is unavailable, store credit will automatically be issued.

• Items sent back without prior communication will not be processed.

• Complementary orders (free items) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

• We do not cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. If an exchange is approved, customers must provide a return shipping label or pay for one.

Elegance By Marislay operates under the laws of the state of Florida and complies with all applicable U.S. consumer laws for online businesses. Please note:

• Sales Tax Compliance: We are required to collect sales tax for orders placed within states where such laws apply.

• Liability for Returns: Under U.S. consumer law, businesses are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges for items sold as final sale or for changes of mind.
