GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Give the gift of choice with an Elegance By Marislay Gift Card.

Elegance By Marislay Gift Cards may be used toward eligible purchases made online at EleganceByMarislay.com.

REDEMPTION

Gift Cards may be redeemed at checkout toward eligible merchandise available on our website.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law, and may not be used to purchase another Gift Card.

If the total value of your purchase exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another accepted payment method available at checkout.

EXPIRATION & FEES

Elegance By Marislay Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity or maintenance fees, except where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Purchases made with a Gift Card remain subject to the Elegance By Marislay Return & Refund Policy.

When an eligible purchase originally paid with a Gift Card is approved for a refund, the applicable amount will generally be returned to the original Gift Card.

If an order was paid using both a Gift Card and another payment method, any approved refund will be allocated in accordance with the original payment methods and our applicable refund procedures.

LOST, STOLEN OR UNAUTHORIZED USE

Please treat your Gift Card information like cash.

Elegance By Marislay is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, misplaced, or used without authorization, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe your Gift Card has been compromised, please contact us promptly at elegancebymarislay@gmail.com. We will review the available information and assist when reasonably possible, but replacement or reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Gift Cards may not be resold or used for unauthorized commercial, promotional, or fraudulent purposes.

Elegance By Marislay reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or review Gift Card transactions when reasonably necessary to prevent suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
